When Dennis and Darlene initially purchased the marina, it had only four docked houseboats and was in need of a major facelift. They started the overhaul by repairing and adding new docks, paved roads, and cable TV and water hook ups to each dock. Today, they currently have 80 wet slips, a large on-water repair shop, a pleasant office environment, a 50-ton travel lift facility, and dealers with several manufacturers of boats, motors andtrailers.
